Refund/retake policies:
1. Full refund if canceled before 72 hours before the first session.
2. Full refund or reassignment to another course for medical absences or death in family (documentation required).
3. $600 refund if canceled after 72 hours before the first session but before the first session starts.
4. No retake fee for repeat of one of the 7 sessions if required for passage of the course.
5. $600 to retake the entire course (all 7 sessions).
